Seafood Traceability & Supplier Risk Forum
Where traceability data and cyber risk meet: catch records, cold-store handovers and the third parties holding both.
About the event
Seafood moves through more hands than almost any other food category, and each handover leaves data behind. This forum looks at what happens when that data is wrong, stolen or held hostage.
Sessions cover catch documentation systems, the security expectations now written into export agreements, and how to assess a processing partner you have never physically visited.
The afternoon closes with a working group drafting a shared supplier questionnaire members can reuse instead of each writing their own.
